First time I visited to the Doctor.. Actually I have come here thinking that I will be given some kind of psychological therapy and some ways to come out of my problem without medicines but after listening carefully to my problems I was suggested to administer Anti depressants as the conclusion was that my Serotonin levels need to be corrected. I agreed as I have trust on Medical Science and Doctor. Actually after having medicines for 2 weeks I feel better and want to thank the Doctor. But there is one thing that I want to highlight that I was asked to do the next appointment only via the Mobile Number and not via Practo. And due to this on my second appointment I have to wait like for more than an hour.
Dr. Rajesh Rathi is seriously concerned about the patient's recovery and makes sure to convince the guardians for proper medication. He studies the symptoms carefully and his diagnosis is 100% correct. The clinic environment was very comfortable, staff were nice, and the overall experience felt reasonable and trustworthy.

When I went for appointment Dr Rathi was late😉 but when we started our session in just few minutes he found out what problem I have. He heard me from start to end patiently. Dr was netural that was really good. He picked out the point and talked with me he started my treatment quickly
We know we have problem but we need someone who tell us "Yes you have serious problem", it help to increase your confidence and in my case Dr Rajesh Rathi did that. Today it was my first session with him and i am hopeful he will help me to become happy person🙂 again
