Dr Jangid was in charge of my physiotherapy after patella surgery. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. One session of dry needling reduced severe and chronic upper leg pain by 95% overnight. Patella tendon was swollen and painful for almost 3 months, and two sessions of kinesiotaping completely cured the problem. He also supervised all exercises with a lot of patience, explained everything very clearly, pushed me to work harder on pain-free days, and stopped me from being discouraged on bad days.
