Dr. Pratima Vishwakarma

Dr. Pratima Rajendra Vishwakarma is an esteemed ophthalmologist with exceptional expertise in Cornea and Anterior Segment surgery. She holds an MBBS from GMC, Nagpur, and DNB in Ophthalmology from LVPEI and has several degrees like FICO (UK), FAICO (Cornea), and MRCSEd (UK). She has completed multiple advanced fellowships in Cornea and Anterior Segment, including at L.V. Prasad Eye Institute (KAR Campus) in Hyderabad, the University of Cologne in Germany (IOFF Fellowship), and Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard University, USA (ICO Fellowship). Additionally, she participated in a prestigious observership at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, USA, through the Harrington Program. Currently, Dr. Pratima Vishwakarma is a Consultant at S.M. Vishwakarma Memorial Hospital in Kamal Chowk, Nagpur. She is the Director and Founder of Cornea Care Eye Clinic in Dharampeth, Nagpur. With thousands of cataract surgeries and corneal transplants (including PK, DSAEK, DMEK, DALK, and Kpro), she is recognized for her vast surgical expertise in all types of corneal procedures. She is also highly skilled in refractive surgeries. Dr. Pratima Vishwakarma is an active member of several renowned ophthalmic societies, including RCSEd, OMIG, AIOS, MOS, VOS, OSN, TOS, DOS and OSOS.
