Doctor is polite and genuine. Heard about my context calmly. Solution was a bit generic, but hopefully it works!

Wait time was 45-50 mins, doctor was on rounds. Staff was helpful, boosted me up to top asap doctor came so this was just coincidental.

Pharmacy was awful. Would recommend to go out and buy from the big pharmacy just outside the hospital.

Very soft spoken and kind. Goes through each and every minute inputs and listens to a person very carefully.

Little delay in appointment due to emergency treatment to serious patient is genuine. Such adversities are counters by all other best performing parameters. Excellent cool n friendly behaviour; understanding n consoling patient and guiding n encouragement for faster recovery. Thanks to ur true medical profession doctor.

Dr Nirmal is very professional, matured and polite.... listen carefully the problems and give perfect advice.. only problem is with time. last time we were given appointment of 2.20pm but Dr came at 4.10pm. rest all r very nice
