Visited For Early Pregnancy Scan
The doctor was not available to see me. The receptionist said madam(Doctor) did not confirm the appointment. After we showed her the text confirmation and said we had a forwarding appointment then only the receptionist said madam( Doctor) lives far away and will reach by 7pm. The confirmed appointment was for 6pm. The receptionist then called the doctor who said she was busy with a procedure and couldn't help and kept the phone done. A terrible experience as no time keeping and then no apologies or further solution to solve this.
