Most Hideous service in the entire nagpur, the doctor is fine but the way they treat their patients is awful *** *** *** ***** ** * ***** ** ******** *** *** ****** * *** ***** ** ***** *** ***** the entire staff is rustic and should be taught the basic lessons of how to talk and respond to their patients. (The phone attending ma'am especially)

Let me tell you my case - they asked for the fee of 1500 for some reports and didn't even tell me what it was. And asked me to know the details of the report on phone 3 days later.

I called them and they informed that the report is normal but refused to whatapp me the report, I even doubt if they ran/took any test/report. I travelled 300 km and spent more than 15k rupees only to know that I have no access to my own reports.

And about the doctor was polite and professional.

***** ******** **********I went this hospital today for first time by referring practo reviews. The process of hospital is very costly. ******* ************* ** ******** they asked me to do some tests ***** ****** ********* Since i was der to consult a doc regarding a confirmation of pregnancy. And they were doing thyroid and cbc test ************ As well as when i went to see doc and i explained her my problem she just said "lets do the test first and then we will discuss". But when the reports came and i went to see doc she wasnt there. One of her employee said dat she went through reports and asked me to continue the medicines she provided. She does not iven provide me any diagnosis or treatment plan. I had couple of queries and that time no one was der to ans.

As well as they took so much time to perform tests and they r not even explaining the process. I went der empty stomach and i was asking everyone if i can go and eat n den come back but no one was giving me proper guidance about the process and how it will work.****** ********* **** *** **** ******* **** ******

Dr. Is very good experienced Dr. I visit their for problem but they don't give me my file back they said to bring a medicines from their hospital medicose then they give us a medicine and tell how to take so if u all want to do this thing u can go

...Dr. Is 3 hours late from its time and staff was very bad they don't give a proper reply and there will be lots of wastage of time I will reached at 7 am and getting free at 4 pm only 1 test has been taken their reports they provide after 2 hours

..very bad experience again saying Dr. Experience is good but facilities acoordog to money and fees is only 5% .

Employers are not sure while giving report if they say to give the report after one hour they give after two hour. Also they are not sure at what time doctor will come .they keep us wait continuously.

But it happens everywhere.

Important thing is problem must be sort out. And no problem must be in future regarding treatment done by doctor.
