For senior citizens like myself and my husband , the doctor gave much needed advice . It took about a week to recover . We never mind it . We were asked to avoid certain vegetables . **** *** **** *********** *** ********* * How diet affects our fitness , is worth knowing for one and all . The doctor is competent enough to write a booklet of recipes which will take care of seniors keeping fit . Particularly she advises to use Jeera and Dhania while frying is indeed very useful . I recall here the efforts of Yog Rishi Swami Ramdev whose Patanjali is doing extremely well . We are soon getting his food park in Mihan . I thank the doctors. Wish both of them all the best.

Dr Sonali Anwikar is experienced and having thorough knowledge about Ayurveda. She is very co-operative and expert in PANCHKARMA. Service is not good , i will not recommend to anyone . Totally money wastage only asking issue,not provided any treatment, prescription, medicine and i have provided address for medicine delivery but respond anything.
