I had no hope when I initially contacted the doctor since I couldn't bring myself to go to the clinic, I was completely lost for 6 months and couldn't get out of bed, but thanks to a friend's support, I got myself to the door. After 4 years of suffering with bipolar disorder, I can say that I now feel normal, which is fantastic; it's a completely new feeling.
