Dr. Minal Gupta was soft-spoken and friendly. She quickly understood my swimmer's ear and clearly explained the cause and treatment. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

I visited the Dr. Minali for treatment of ear infection. The doctor was very friendly, properly examined the affected area with a camera and showed the same to me. She explained the issue with diagrams and the way medicine would act in curing the same. She clearly explained how each of the prescribed medicine would act in in simple hindi/English, also mentioned the precautions to me maintained during the course of medication. I would recommend the doctor.

I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed during our consultation. Specifically, I found that you appeared rushed and didn't seem to fully listen to the symptoms I was describing. This left me feeling uncertain about the diagnosis and treatment plan you provided.

Additionally, I was deeply upset when you cleaned the earwax from my ear and then wiped it on my saree. This action made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. **** ******** ** *** **** ********** *** **** *************** and it contributed significantly to my overall dissatisfaction with the visit.

Moreover, I was disappointed with the lack of clear communication regarding the next steps. I left the appointment with unanswered questions and felt that I did not receive the level of care and attention that I expected.

I believe that as a patient, it is important to feel heard, respected, and understood. I hope that you will consider this feedback seriously to improve the patient experience for others.

I couldn’t even wait 10 minutes for the doctor. When I booked the appointment, they said the clinic closes at 8, so I was told to come in the morning instead.

My wife gets anxious about any doctor visit so i always try to get a female specialist..(I will make sure my daughter becomes one as well)and Dr Minal is amazing with her on point diagnosis and patient management skills, It took her just couple of.minutes to understand the reason of throat pain and next 15 minutes she did spend counselling my wife about diet, family and eating habits...Very friendly and humble
