We approached Kale piles hospital in Nagpur to take treatment of piles problem. Mr.& Mrs. Dr. Kale solved the severe piles problem of my wife who was suffering the problem for several years back. Doctor operated the patient, advised effectively for medicines on or off the hospital, also suggested for do(s) or don't (s) for pain management etc. Hospital staff was also caring and co-opartive time to time. I get better relief . But treatment will figure out if same problem will not occur after the medicinal course complete.

There should be proper time given to everyone as lots waiting may spoil the day and medicinal charges should minimize at some extend so everybody must afford to visit the doctor. For treatment.

Controlling post-operative drugs cost a lot of money. If you control them, you will get more publicity and service. You can get the medicine in one place instead of going to two different places. In 4 months, the cost of the operation and the medicine is almost the same.

**** ****** *** ***** ***********my mother was suffering piles prbm and some one suggest me dr.kale hospital.i m so happy to share you that after treatment of only 15days mendicn,my mother says she feel like 100%realx frm piles. Prbm and very much relief more as we expect.Thanks to dr.lata kale madam.

I am impressed by her way of talking. In the beginning I was very nervous and was crying but she was so kind n humble that she heard to my problem patiently. She explained to me for each and every query of mine. She made me understand of my piles problem and guided me very systematically. She is really a very good person and seems to be an expert. I have full faith on her efficiency. God bless her and her profession to deal with every patient and may she scale higher!

This is my kind of my complaint because when we got there it was kind of an emergency case but still the receptionist tell us that Dr is seeing another patient please wait,

we have to wait almost an hour to meet doctor.

Although the treatment was satisfaction and good and doctor was good.

I have to admit that the receptionist doesn't care about the patient if I was a doctor I would replace that receptionist,
