I took my appointment with the help of practo, but management didn't use my online appointment's reference they guys lsend me in doctor's cabin as per management rules. Overall doctor treat my patient very nice, and satisfy us by mentally and psychologically. And clear all the issues and problems by the help of doing some tests.

As we have taken appointment of 1.30 pm via practo . But they have attended us on 2.30pm .
Before that they have done various tests, but huge time it takes . I think need to improve back office management and time limits for patients.
For just meet and tests we have 4.30hrs in the hospital.
So all these need to improve as mentioned above.

He is a very competent Doctor. The only problem was that the Hospital was a bit ill organised. Possible reason could be that the appointment was in closing hours.
