Ms. Jancy Mathew

I have had a really positive experience with Jancy. She is patient, empathetic, and creates a very safe space to talk openly. Her guidance and the practical tools she shares have been incredibly helpful, especially during a difficult phase in my life. She not only listens but also helps in breaking things down and finding clarity, which made me feel more grounded and hopeful. I have noticed a real difference in my day-to-day because of her sessions and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for genuine support and direction.

Jancy is very empathetic and is a keen listener. I felt safe while sharing even the most intimate and difficult of experiences with her. She does not judge me and instead appreciates me for my courage to communicate my deepest emotions. I feel valued. She first listens to my outpourings very calmly and patiently. While listening for nearly 30-40 minutes, she analyses the information I provide and tries to understand my situation and my feelings. Afterwards she helps me understand the situation and gives me suggestions on how to deal with them. Somehow she has the unique capacity to kindle a spark inside me, which helps me see the situation differently or to gracefully accept the situations I cannot change. I feel empowered after my sessions with her and this has improved my personal and professional relationships. Some of the wounds that I have carried in me since childhood are healing. I am thankful to Jancy for teaching me to open myself up to give unconditional love, to forgive without grudges, to appreciate myself and to prioritize self-care. I am a much calmer, happier and stronger person because of my sessions with Jancy. I know I cannot thank her enough for it, but still, \"A heartfelt thank you, Jancy!\

I had a very positive and satisfying experience with Ms. Jancy. For the longest time I had been suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks. These sessions helped me to understand why these issues began in the first place. They aided me to overcome the tiniest of obstacles that came in the way and helped me to gain back my confidence and trust in myself. I’d like to thank Jancy for becoming my friends first and then being my therapist who u could openly share any and everything with.

This was not my first time with Jancy, we had a talk and after that I tried 2 more offline counsellors also but was not able to find any person like her.

She understands, she listens and give such practical examples which is easy to understand.

I would recommend to everyone looking for a therapist or a counsellor.

The analysis and the comfortability that jancy has made through out the sessions is apt and she has always made it easy to express myself and be me. I felt very happy and at easy after every session, the sense of satisfaction and the fact that I learn something new and true about myself after every session is really something, she’s very experienced and wise. It was always a non judgmental vibe with her.

This was my first session and I'm convinced that my issues willl be resolved in due course of time. However a waiting period of about 12 days in between initial sessions is troubling as I do not have a proper course of action to follow and the diagnosis feels incomplete (because of time constraint of 1 hour). One suggestion would be to provide atleast the first 3 sessions without such a long gap between the of almost 2 weeks in between as I feel it would undo the efforts both the doctor and I have put in to address the concerns.

I’ve met with Jancy for about 11 sessions now. I enjoy speaking with her about my emotional state and she helps me think about issues in a slightly different way sometimes which is helpful.

It was a good experience would like to take another appointment soon . Doctor is too good with her explanation and everything

The doctor noticed important points and issues and talked about it to make me understand a better and positive point of view. The doctor asked questions to make me think more into it.
