What is lifestyle modification to be made to reduce the white patches?
- Stress should be avoided
- Hard soaps should not be used
- 20-30 minutes of sunbath should be taken in the early hours
- Creams, powders and other triggering cosmetic agents should not be used
- Citric foods should be avoided such as tamarind, prawns, crabs, lobster, etc.
