Doctor is very good no doubt. But helping staff,(reception) they are not fair ,we had appointment of a kid for 2 PM ,we reached there 1.50 pm but they kept us waiting till 2.45 pm send patients to doctor out of turn on pointing out they send us next.this is not fair.
Dr. Shikha Verma was very patient and kind, and she took the time to listen carefully to everything I had to say. She explained things clearly, and overall I would rate my experience as a four out of five. I would recommend her, although I am waiting to see the results of the treatment.
