She completed her MD (Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology) from DMC & H, Ludhiana in 1994 and DNB in 1995. She has worked as a Senior Resident in Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi for 3 years and then as Assistant Professor in the Dept. Of Dermatology, PGIMER, Chandigarh for a year. She has subsequently been in Private Practice and started her own clinic in 2008. She strives to use her extensive clinical experience to guide her patients and emphasize the need to balance the quest for beautification with the importance for long term skin health.
