Description
Tranzat 50 MG Injection is a painkiller medicine that contains Tramadol as an active ingredient. It is used to provide effective relief from moderate to severe pain associated with arthritis, low back pain, neck pain, headache, etc. It is also used to relieve post-operative pain. Tranzat 50 MG Injection should not be given to children below the age of 12 years due to the lack of sufficient data on its safety and efficacy. Tranzat 50 MG Injection may cause some side effects like pain at the injection site, heartburn, stomach pain, redness, and diarrhoea. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen. Allergy

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors

Tranzat 50 MG Injection is not recommended for use if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (antidepressant medicines like Selegiline) due to the increased risk of serious side effects. A time gap of at least 14 days should be maintained between stopping therapy with MAOIs and starting therapy with this medicine.

Gastrointestinal obstruction

Tranzat 50 MG Injection is not recommended for use if you have any stomach or intestinal blockage issues like paralytic ileus because it may worsen your condition.
