General warnings

Suicidal thoughts

Use with caution in patients with major depressive disorder due to the increased risk of suicidal thoughts. Close monitoring of the patients for any change in behavior or mood is recommended. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition.

Diabetes

This medicine may alter blood glucose levels in diabetic patients. Close monitoring of blood glucose levels is recommended for such patients. Report any unusual symptoms to the doctor immediately. Appropriate dose adjustments may be necessary based on the clinical condition.

Blood cells count

This medicine may reduce the blood cell count, especially WBC (neutrophils). Any symptoms of fever, weakness during the treatment should be reported to the doctor. Regular monitoring of blood cells count is necessary.

Tardive dyskinesia

This medicine may cause involuntary movements of tongue, lips, and face. Inform the doctor if you have these symptoms. Gradual dose reduction or discontinuation of the medicine should be considered.

Pediatric use

Withdrawal symptoms
