Description

General warnings

Effect on heart

This medicine may increase the risk of irregular heart rhythm. Therefore, should be used with caution in patients with the history of heart disease. It also lowers the blood pressure when used in combination with antihypertensives. Any signs of change in the blood pressure and symptoms of heart palpitations should be reported to the doctor.

Impaired liver function

This medicine is not recommended in patients with the severe liver disease. The dose of this medicine should be adjusted in patients with biliary cirrhosis due to the decrease in the elimination.

Impaired kidney function

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with the kidney injury. Monitoring of kidney function parameters is necessary. The dose of this medicine should be reduced by 50% of the normal dose if the CrCl is less than 50 ml/min.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.

Overdose
