Report any incidence of severe diarrhea, abdominal pain, and blood in the stools after taking Gram 250 MG Tablet to the doctor on priority. Drink an adequate amount of water to prevent dehydration.
This medicine should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver diseases or a family history of liver diseases. Regular liver function tests are to be performed while using this medicine. Report any undesired effects to the doctor on priority.
This medicine should be used with caution in patients with a history of seizure disorder or a family history of seizures. Appropriate dose adjustments are to be made if you have a kidney disease. Discontinue the medicine if the patient suffers from a seizure due to Gram 250 MG Tablet. Start with appropriate antiseizure medicine if it is clinically indicated.
