Description
Expent 250 Tablet is an anti-worm medication. It is used to treat infections caused by intestinal worms such as pinworm, roundworm, hookworm, etc. This medicine works by killing the worms that cause infections. The killed worms are then passed out of the body through the stool. Expent 250 Tablet shows common side effects such as diarrhoea, headache, stomach cramps, loss of appetite, vomiting, and stomach upset. These side effects usually subside with time. However, if they persist or become worse, consult your doctor for further assistance. Avoid driving vehicles or operating heavy machines as this medicine may make you feel dizzy. Expent 250 Tablet can be taken with or without food. It is usually taken once as a single dose or as directed by your doctor depending upon the type of worm infections you have. Do not take more than the recommended dose of this medicine. Consult your doctor if you continue seeing worms in your stool or if symptoms last or worsen. Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking this medication as it can make you more dizzy or drowsy. Expent 250 Tablet is not recommended if you are allergic to it or have liver problems. Caution is required while taking the medication if you have anaemia (low red blood cell count) and/or malnutrition. Expent 250 Tablet is not recommended for use in children below two years of age.
