Description

Duracard 4 mg Tablet is an antihypertensive medicine which is used to treat high blood pressure and relieve symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy (prostate enlargement) such as painful urination or urinary urgency. This medicine should be used with caution since it may cause a temporary loss of consciousness due to the sudden decrease in blood pressure (syncope). This medicine is not recommended for use in children.

CNS effects

Duracard 4 mg Tablet may cause drowsiness and it may affect your thinking and judgment. Syncope

This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of temporary loss of consciousness caused by a sudden decrease in the blood pressure. Close monitoring of blood pressure may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Missed Dose

If a dose of Duracard 4 mg Tablet is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember it. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
