General warnings

Hemolytic anemia

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency due to the increased risk of hemolytic anemia. Replacement with a suitable alternative should be considered based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Hypoglycemia

This medicine may cause hypoglycemia. Seek immediate medical help if you experience a headache, dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, tremor, or nausea. Appropriate dose adjustments may be necessary based on your clinical condition.

Missed Dose

If a dose of Diabinese 250 mg Tablet is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember it. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
