Description
Thiamine, the primary ingredient of B-75 Tablet, is a naturally occurring form of vitamin B1. It regulates vital bodily functions such as carbohydrate metabolism, muscle contraction, and conduction of nerve signals. It is used for the treatment and prevention of vitamin B1 deficiency. It is also used to treat Beriberi and Wernicke's encephalopathy. Your doctor/dietitian will advise an appropriate diet for you along with this medicine to achieve the best possible effect.

Kidney function impairment

The parenteral form (injection) of this medicine should be used with caution in patients with kidney function impairment due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.

Missed Dose

Oral forms: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose. Injection: Since this medicine is administered in the hospital or clinical setting by a qualified healthcare professional, the likelihood of missing a dose is low.

Oral forms: The likelihood of an overdose causing severe symptoms is very low. However, seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of any severe symptoms including breathing difficulties, severe nausea, severe vomiting, etc. Injection: Since this medicine is administered in the hospital or clinical setting by a qualified healthcare professional, the likelihood of an overdose is very low.
