Description

Mobiswift-D Tablet is a pain killer medication composed of Metaxalone and Diclofenac. It is used to reduce pain occurring due to muscle spasms (contractions). Mobiswift-D Tablet stops the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for pain and muscle stiffness. Mobiswift-D Tablet relieves pain and swelling due to musculoskeletal conditions but does not cure them. Mobiswift-D Tablet shows side effects like drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, stomach upset, loss of appetite and diarrhoea. Contact your doctor if any side effects persist for a long period of time or if the condition worsens. Avoid driving or operating heavy machines while on treatment with this medicine. Mobiswift-D Tablet should ideally be taken with food to avoid stomach problems. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor. For the ease of remembering, take it at around the same time every day. Mobiswift-D Tablet should be used with caution if you have a history of liver or kidney problems. Avoid using this medicine if you are previously allergic to it. Mobiswift-D Tablet is not recommended in children below 12 years of age. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Musculoskeletal pain affects the muscles, ligaments and tendons, and bones. It can occur due to various reasons. Mobiswift-D Tablet is used to inhibit the pain signals. It helps to reduce pain and swelling associated with arthritis, sports injuries, strains and sprains, spondylitis, frozen shoulder, etc. in adults.

Allergy

Drug-induced haemolytic anemia

Haemolytic anemia is a condition in which the red blood cells are destroyed rapidly. Drug-induced haemolytic anemia may occur when a medicine triggers the body's defence system to attack its own red blood cells. Mobiswift-D Tablet is not recommended for use in people with drug-induced hemolytic anaemia or other anaemia.

Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (CABG)

Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery is a procedure that restores normal blood flow to your heart muscle by diverting the flow of blood around the blocked artery. Mobiswift-D Tablet is not recommended for relieving pain after heart surgery as it increases the risk of heart attack or stroke.

Mobiswift-D Tablet should be used with caution in elderly people (above 65 years of age) due to the increased risk of serious side effects.

Use in children

The safety and efficacy of Mobiswift-D Tablet have not been clinically established in children under the age of 12 years, hence it is recommended that Lysoflam-MR Tablet should not be used in children.

Sedation

The use of Mobiswift-D Tablet may cause dizziness and drowsiness. Hence, avoid driving vehicles and operating heavy machines after taking this medicine.

Fluid retention and oedema

Mobiswift-D Tablet causes oedema (accumulation of body fluid in the feet and legs). Your blood pressure, electrolyte levels, and heart function will be closely monitored when you are on treatment with this medicine.

Skin allergies

Mobiswift-D Tabletmay cause serious skin allergies in rare cases. Signs and symptoms like rashes, hives (itchy eruptions with burning pain), or other allergic symptoms should be reported to your doctor immediately.

Kidney Impairment

Mobiswift-D Tablet should be used with caution in mild to moderate kidney problems. In such conditions, excessive use of the medicine may lead to further kidney damage.

Missed Dose

In case you forget to take the scheduled dose of Mobiswift-D Tablet take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the forgotten dose. Do not double the dose.

Overdose

Never take more than the prescribed dose of Mobiswift-D Tablet. In case you have taken an overdose of this medicine, seek emergency medical attention.
