Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with Benidin Trio 12.5 Tablet due to the increased risk of dizziness, fainting, and very low blood pressure levels. It is advised that you do not perform any activity that requires high mental alertness like driving vehicles or operating machines if you experience any of these symptoms.

Disease interactions
Benidin Trio 12.5 Tablet is not recommended for use in case of a cardiogenic shock (a condition where the heart suddenly stops pumping enough blood to meet the demands of your body) due to the increased risk of a heart attack. The heart function will be closely monitored in such cases.
Benidin Trio 12.5 Tablet should be used with caution if you have hyperuricaemia (a condition that causes increased uric acid levels in your blood). This medicine decreases the excretion of uric acid and increases its level in your blood. This in turn affects different organs of your body.
Benidin Trio 12.5 Tablet should be used with caution if you have Diabetes mellitus (a condition that results in high blood sugar levels in the blood) because of the increased risk of altered blood sugar levels. You will be advised to closely monitor your blood sugar levels while taking this medicine.
Benidin Trio 12.5 Tablet should be used with caution in hyperlipidaemia (a condition in which there are high levels of fat particles (cholesterol) in the blood) because it worsens the condition. Your doctor will closely monitor your cholesterol and triglyceride levels while you are on treatment with this medication.
Benidin Trio 12.5 Tablet should be used with extreme caution if you have liver problems due to the increased risk of severe side effects. Your doctor may adjust the dose of this medicine or may suggest a suitable alternative as needed based on your condition.
Congestive heart failure is a condition in which your heart does not pump enough blood to meet the demands of your body. Taking Benidin Trio 12.5 Tablet in this condition may increase the risk of heart attack. Your doctor will closely monitor your heart function while you are taking this medicine.
Food interactions
Grapefruit juice enhances the absorption of Benidin Trio 12.5 Tablet in your body, thus increasing its level in your blood. This may lead to side effects such as dizziness, headache, swelling of hands and feet, etc.
