Acne vulgaris
Acne vulgaris is a skin condition that occurs due to the blockage of the hair follicles by sebum (oily substance), dead skin cells, or bacteria. It is more likely to occur in teens due to hormonal changes during puberty. It occurs as whiteheads, blackheads, pimples (raised red spots), pustules (small bumps on the skin that contains pus), and cysts (very large, painful, red or white lumps). Acnesol Cl 1% Gel is used in the treatment of Acne vulgaris in adolescents and adults.
