Programs focus heavily on foundational techniques like active listening, empathy, reflection, and holding space without offering immediate, unsolicited advice.

Karishma mam nature is very nice and mature. My problem which I assume to be well in few months ,now get better in 2-3 weeks only. Earlier I was having suicidal thoughts but now my thinking is completely changed.
