Dr Ruchika Bansal was able to diagnose my problem correctly. She explained in detail the causes of my lower back pain. Her communication skills are excellent. The doubts & myths that I was carrying about my health condition were dispelled. Consequently, I became more positive about overcoming my health problems.

Hi! I am Payal Talwar from Ludhiana.
I was suffering from acute back pain radiating to my legs, was diagnosed by orthopaedic doctors as suffering from disc disease and advised wearing lumbo sacral belt.
On visiting Dr. Ruchika @Aaram hospital….my problem was diagnosed more as the one of Lymphatic drainage.
I was treated accordingly under her able supervision and today I feel so much better.
I don’t use the belt and spend my day very comfortably at work.
It was only at Asaram hospital that my problem was seen wholistically and thus resulting in my recovery
