Dr. Ravinder Kala (PhD)

Dr. Kala is trained in Psychotherapy and Clinical Skills at the Psychiatry Department, P.G.I, Chandigarh, before she started working at the Psychiatry departments of Goa Medical College & C.M.C, Ludhiana. She has worked with a number of clients and her clinical skills include cognitive behaviour therapy, marriage counselling, family and child counselling and parenting workshops. She has conducted a number of workshops and Lectures in schools and colleges on Stress Management, Study Skills, Developing EQ and preventing drug use. Workshops have also been conducted with school teachers about developing skills to manage academic, behavioural & emotional problems of students besides understanding common childhood developmental disorders like dyslexia and ADHD.
