I'm writing to share my experience receiving treatment for my left shoulder pain at Shape and Strength. Suffering caused me shoulder discomfort for two years. A consultation appointment with Dr. Yogitaa Mandhyaan on shape and strength is quick and easy to schedule. Who extensively investigated how the injury occurred, identified the causes, and assessed the status of the pain in detail. Then she suggested a reasonably priced 21-day physiotherapy program. It featured ultrasonography, which was handled professionally by physiotherapists. Mr. Surojit, the physiotherapist, was very pleasant and performed the treatment with care. The clinic is clean, orderly, and well-maintained. The 21-day period is coming to an end.During the treatment, the discomfort was greatly reduced, and I can now move my left hand and feel much better. Overall, my experience at the Shape and Strength clinic was fantastic, and I would strongly suggest it to anyone in need of physiotherapy. Dr. Yogitaa Mandhyaan's competence and dedication have been invaluable in my recuperation, and I am grateful for the care I received at the clinic.

I had received a Grade 1 tear of right leg calf muscle while playing and after 2 weeks of rest the muscle had become stiff and I was hardly walking on heel. Had booked the appointment with Dr. Yogitaa Mandhyaan on Practo. Later on had got a call from the clinic confirming the appointment time. On visiting the clinic, the wait time was very less. Dr. Yogitaa thoroughly enquired about how the injury had happened, highlited the reasons behind it and checked the status of the injury in detail. Then she prescribed 2 weeks physiotherapy package which was not very costly. The physiotherapist Mr. Surojit was very courteous and did the treatment carefully. The clinic is clean and well maintained. The 2 weeks treatment healed the injury to a great extent and now I am able to walk without any issue as such. During the last session the physio also shown a few more self exercises to further heal the muscle gradually and completely. However, I felt periodical review with Dr. Yogitaa in between the duration could have helped better. Overall, I am thankful and satisfied with the treatment.

Your attention to detail and commitment to offering the best treatment options are greatly appreciated . My mother’s physiotherapist sessions was with Surojit he is really Good and helpful . Environment is friendly and super clean and comfortable for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.
