Pain upper spine

I did not use pillows properly while sleeping. In the early moring i observed severe problem. I thought it normal problem and managed by pain killers for the last 2 days.But it is not cured . It became severe. The problem in the upper spine and around it (back chest). I am unable to sleep during night hours.

Hip Snapping I.T Band

Hi, I'm suffering from knee pain for 10 years, Since one Year I'm taking physioteraphy. My hip joint is snapping while climbing stairs, there is slightly pain, main problem is my IT band pain at knee. I keep on doing stretching and strengthing exercise. But i can't find it help full. Lower back pain after gym

Today after running on treadmill at gym I am having back pain. I used to go to gym regularly and 3 days before I have participated in 5k marathon but didnt had a back pain till today. Due to back pain. I am having trouble in walking as well. I am an overweight guy. Please suggest wat to do ??

Knee cracking sound

From last few months, cracking/popping sound coming from knee while squatting, sometimes during walking/jogging. There has been no injury as such, no injury pain but knees feel exhausted most of the times and esp. after driving. Have done through few tests, have Vitamin D deficiency but calcium is fine.

I visited Doctor Yogitaa Mandhyaan 6 days back with a complaint of unbearable chest and back pain which other doctors referred to as costochondritis and I thought it would not reduce at any cost.

I visited Doctor Yogitaa Mandhyaan 6 days back with a complaint of unbearable chest and back pain which other doctors referred to as costochondritis and I thought it would not reduce at any cost.
But it has just been 6 days and due to the physiotherpay,some light exercises and helpful instructions given by her after patiently listening to all my problems and assessing my pain in every session , the pain has now subsided. It is bearable to a large extent and I am feeling positive that under the doctor's guidance and I will recover completely in some time and regain strength at Shapes and strength.
Thank you Dr Mandhyaan for being caring and supportive and helping me out of this pain and treating me well.

The payment procure was also totally hassle free. For last three weeks I have been taking the therapy, which along with the exercises have been very effective to me. S&S not only focusses on the fitness of an individual but also strives to provide an overall solution for long term benefit. Well..I have been associated with 3 others gyms before but what makes S&S special is that it is not only a Gym but a fitness centre. If I do not come for 2 days in a row I get a call from them ..asking me the reason for absence and pushing me to be regular..this shows their passion and dedication..talking about the gym..S&S has fewer gym equipments as compared to other Gyms..but whatever equipments they provide are the best in class and is more than enough for an effective workout..Its neat and clean and provides a perfect workout environment.. The trainers are really polite and makes one feel comfortable at all times.. Well..this surely is one the main reasons for the success of any fitness centre..the best part is that one gets individual attention depending upon ones strength and weakness..I am really satisfied with S&S..keep up the good work..!!! more..

I am from Chennai and here at Kolkata for an assignment. For the past 4 months I was having pain in my right shoulder and its movement started restricted to a level even I could not remove my shirt. Pa I am from Chennai and here at Kolkata for an assignment. For the past 4 months I was having pain in my right shoulder and its movement started restricted to a level even I could not remove my shirt. Pain also day by day increased. My colleague suggested Shape & Strength near Desaprya Park. When I met the Physiotherapist, their pleasing attitude gave me confidence and I felt as if my pain reduced 50%. After 12 days of treatment, I am able to move my hand freely and feeling better now with about 75% relief. I hope I will be 100% OK within a month. The charges also very much reasonable comparing with others and all the equipments are very good. I thank all the staffs whose attitude basically brought trust & belief of being in right place. My wishes that more and more get the remedy for their problem through your dedicated service. more..
