Ms. Soumali Bardhan

If you had told me a few months ago that I’d actually look forward to going to therapy every week, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. I was initially brought here by my parents, and honestly, I wasn’t very open to the idea of therapy in the beginning.

But meeting Soumali Bardhan Ma’am completely changed my perspective. She has been so patient, understanding, and easy to talk to. I never feel judged during our sessions, and somehow, she has created a space where I can just be myself and talk about things I usually find difficult to express.

She has helped me understand myself better, look at things differently, and slowly work through things instead of just avoiding them. What started as something I wasn’t really interested in has now become something I genuinely look forward to every week. I actually find myself waiting for my sessions with Soumali Bardhan Ma’am!

I’m genuinely grateful to her for all the support, patience, and guidance she has given me. She has made a bigger difference than I ever expected, and I’m really glad my parents brought me here.

She is an amazing, amazing therapist! So skilled , empathetic and effective! I was lost, never thought I could move ahead in life. But therapy with her taught me that stagnation is temporary and I have the power to change it. More importantly, sessions with her helped me see that stagnation is a part of the journey and not my ultimate destination! Because of this magician, I am able to live a healthy and balanced life in which I am productive and able to accept and work on my failures and disappointments! It was a very good experience overall. As a first-timer, I felt very comfortable. Dr. Soumali Bardhan was calm, composed, and reassuring, and she listened patiently without jumping to conclusions. Looking forward to more sessions!
