I had been seeing a different therapist but I felt stuck, unheard and honestly, lectured in those sessions. Then I saw my roommate's gradual transformation. She no longer got worked up by the little things, had more clarity and peace, slept better and worked better. I later decided to change to her therapist, ** ******* *** ******** **** *** **** ******** ** ** ***** She's flexible, compassionate and effective, no wooden lectures or mechanical, bookish approaches. I'm better and I honestly never thought this level of mental well-being was even possible. I had some personality issues and bad anxiety and therapy with her rescued me from a blackhole. This lady is definitely an asset to mental health practice in India. If you ever read this review madam, please accept my thanks and gratitude.

She is an amazing, amazing therapist! So skilled , empathetic and effective! I was lost, never thought I could move ahead in life. But therapy with her taught me that stagnation is temporary and I have the power to change it. More importantly, sessions with her helped me see that stagnation is a part of the journey and not my ultimate destination! Because of this magician, I am able to live a healthy and balanced life in which I am productive and able to accept and work on my failures and disappointments! I am a Healthcare professional myself and I believe even my patients have indirectly benefited from my sessions as a happy doctor is a good doctor.

It was a very good experience overall. As a first-timer, I felt very comfortable. Dr. Soumali Bardhan was calm, composed, and reassuring, and she listened patiently without jumping to conclusions. Looking forward to more sessions!
