Ms. Simran Dugar

Life was good until I lost my dad due to covid in 2020 and a close friend in 2021. I kept on avoiding facing my emotions and kept them buried until it was all bottled up. Later I lost the will to live my life and used to feel all the heaviness which was quite overwhelming. I was so confused like what was happening to me. I got my first panic attack in May 2022 while I was in an elevator. It was bewildering and I started fearing all closed places. I was even hospitalised in June 2023 as my plus rate dropped and I had all the weird symptoms. After that everything went to downfall and I started staying home and turned agoraphobic, as I was so scared to even breathe. All the bodily symptoms started affecting me and I felt like I was dying slow. My friend suggested me to go into therapy since 2022. After all this I took it seriously and I started my session with Simran in June. All my bewilderment and all the questions were answered. I took one day at a time. I learned how to manage my anxiety and also learnt that this was all the anxiety coming out which was bottled up since 2020. Therapy really helped me. I am now living my life normally and even achieving my goals. It gets better with time once we accept it and allow it to happen. I learnt so many things about my feelings and emotions with that now I can respond to my anxiety in a correct way and all the thanks go to Simran for the work she has been doing me since almost a year. I can truly live my life without being bothered by Anxiety. I am gratefu to my sessions that now I can live my life to the fullest. Thankyou

Dr simran is very good she is gen z so she understands our problems and has very good solutions to it
