Ms. Samiksha Manchanda

When I first came to Samiksha, I was in a place of deep survival. My PTSD was so heightened that something as simple as seeing a white car would send my body into panic and freeze mode. I had no boundaries, was constantly gaslit, overworked, and still surrounded by abusive dynamics. I felt immense guilt for even thinking about setting boundaries—so much so that I had become disconnected from life itself.

Samiksha has helped me overcome anxiety that had greatly affected my quality of life. From feeling breathlessness and severe physical pain throughout the day to being able to live without my thoughts overwhelming me, I came a long way with her support. She is a very patient listener and is absolutely non judgemental. I feel complete ease discussing issues with her. I cannot recommend her enough. I have taken sessions with three other psychologists before her but she is the only one I could stick with.

I have been seeing Samiksha for over four years now, and overtime I have seen significant improvements in my anxiety levels, and have been able to build effective coping mechanisms, and ability to withstand situations I used to crumble under. She has equipped me with strong mental and emotional skills to navigate through situations in life. She is really calm, patient, non judgmental, and provides a safe space to discuss vulnerabilities and helps in navigating through them effectively. Her kindness and patience make the sessions feel safe and comfortable.
