When I first came to Samiksha, I was in a place of deep survival. My PTSD was so heightened that something as simple as seeing a white car would send my body into panic and freeze mode. I had no boundaries, was constantly gaslit, overworked, and still surrounded by abusive dynamics. I felt immense guilt for even thinking about setting boundaries—so much so that I had become disconnected from life itself.
Samiksha helped me navigate through all of that with compassion, patience, and steady support. She created a space where I could finally start to understand my trauma, listen to my body, and rebuild a sense of safety and worth. Through our work together, I’ve learned how to set boundaries without guilt, how to care for myself without sham e, and how to reclaim my voice and my space.
Today, my PTSD, vaginismus, and anxiety are manageable. I no longer live in constant fear, waiting for the next bad thing to happen. I can finally breathe again—without panic, without dread. I never imagined I’d get to this place, but with Samiksha’s help, I have.
I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone dealing with trauma, anxiety, or the weight of feeling powerless. She helped me come back to life.

Samiksha has helped me overcome anxiety that had greatly affected my quality of life. From feeling breathlessness and severe physical pain throughout the day to being able to live without my thoughts overwhelming me, I came a long way with her support. She is a very patient listener and is absolutely non judgemental. I feel complete ease discussing issues with her. I cannot recommend her enough. I have taken sessions with three other psychologists before her but she is the only one I could stick with.

I started seeing Samiksha almost a year back and she has been extremely instrumental in helping me overcome a lot of the issues I struggle with. She is very easy to talk to and has helped me understand the root cause of many issues through our regular virtual sessions. I have been working on anxiety and stress management issues through online counselling with Samiksha for over a year now. She has been a safe space, an honest doctor and continues to support me in my journey through practical advice, simplified explanations and healthy encouragement.
If you’re looking for help with relationship stuff, Dr. Samikha is amazing. Super easy to talk to and great at helping with communication, resolving conflicts, or just figuring things out together. I have never been a super open person but I realized I needed some help with emotional intimacy and she helped me ease up and relax and just talk about it.
