I will not recommend this doctor to anyone. To be precise, i went to doctor to show to my daughter on 16/7/19 as she had skin infection. The doctor was in a hurry to finish off the checking. She gave medicine to my daughter and said the infection will go just after the 1st medicine dose. *** ****** **** *** ***** **** ** ** ***** ** *** ****** ** **** ****** *** ******* ****** ** ***** It is been more than 7days that she is taking the medicine *** *** ********* ** ***** ***** *** ******** *********** I called her assistant as there was no contact details given for the doctor. The assistant was rude and didnt give the phone number to me. Today 29th morning, the doctor called and started fighting with me. * **** ** ********** **** **** ** ****** ** **** where she doesn't even remember her patient details even after getting her reminded the problem. **** *** ******** ******* *** ******* she asked me come to the clinic and take the consultation fees back. She is highly charged without any resolution.She is not to be recommended to any patients ** **** ***** ***** ********* ********* ****** ****** **** **** **** ** *** ** *********** ** **** *** ****** **** *** **** *** ** ****** ** * **** **** ******* *******

Dear Madam, Thank you for your review. However- as you had brought your 4 and half year daughter to the clinic, and if you see in your prescription - it has been advised to review after 2 weeks of medicines- so your alleged statement that the infection will go after just one dose is false. Secondly- your daughter being a pediatric patient, the doctor was careful enough to cross check the pediatric medicine dose with a pediatrician before prescribing it!! Subsequently, after only 7 days you started calling up at the clinic and threatening the receptionist at odd hours for refund of your consultation fees else you would create a ruckus in the clinic (recordings of which are available with us). Misbehaviour with the doctor or any staff is not tolerated at the clinic. Additionally, the doctor called you (ignoring your behaviour) and asked you to visit the clinic for review to clinically see your daughter (which can't be done via mobile) and if needed you could collect your money back... We fail to understand what more is needed. Regards

They misrepresent the service they provide. On this site they claim they provide lice removal treatment, which was confirmed by their receptionist when spoken on the phone. In reality they charge Rs 800 just to tell you to buy lice medicine and a comb, ***** * *** *** ********* ** ******** They should have clearly stated that they don’t do the treatment when we called, or while they took the money on arrival. We spent Rs 800 *** ******** ** **** ********* *********
