Ms. Prashakha Solanki

I am 40 years old ,male, thought counselling was farce, but for past six months Dr. Solanki has helped me out of a bottomless dark well I was in .

To whomever it may help.

I think before giving mam the credit I'd like to give myself some credit (don't get me wrong she has been fabulous in helping me get out of the phase of my life that seemed like a dead end.)

But I'm saying this for a very particular reason, which is "admitting that I needed help" and trust me it's half the battle won.

Step two was actually meeting her not knowing why I was there or what kind of help I was going to get. After all as humans the thought that crossed my mind that crosses a lot of them out there is "am I paying someone to listen to me crib about my life"

But ma'am always told me from day one.. that we all have the answers deeply routed within ourselves. She can guide us find them..

But the perspectives she provided me with have been very deeply profound.

The questions I needed to ask myself were very biased. But with extremely professional but warm understand I was guided out of this very dark phase of my life.

To anybody who's going through any sort of stress anxiety troubles and things we've felt we can't talk about or are misunderstood.

This experience will change your life. She's the best person to go to.

One more little advice , therapy isn't magic.. it takes time.. so please there might be days it may seem useles and want to give up ,but like everything else give it time be consistent with it. The light at the end of the tunnel exists.

Prashakha mam listened patiently,there was no hurry . I was struggling with depression. I took my time to open up. Gradually I became comfortable about speaking of my problems. She helped me discover my own space...I resumed diary writing because of her. As the therapy proceeded, I could feel the change. It was as if someone just took a burden off my head...I was happy . Through this therapy, Prashakha mam helped me rediscover my potential and what I wanted to do and live my life. I am thankful to her.

Prashakha Ma'am is absolutely great.

She helped me out at a time when I had mentally hit an absolute rockbottom. She not only helped me process what I was going through, but also helped me out with how I could cope with it, and get over them slowly. I felt better about myself after just a couple of sessions with her.

She is extremely nice and friendly, and she made me very comfortable to be able to open up to her, which was very crucial. She is also extremely non-judgemental.

If I am any better today, she deserves a lot of credit for it.

I highly recommend her to anyone seeking counselling.

Prashakha to start with has been one of the most humble and patient human being that I have come across. I met her for my personal life issues. Her sessions are really helpful for me as she could make me understand things in a way that nobody else could do. No fancy language but simple examples day to day incidents which one can relate to are her ways to deal with her clients. Even if I go one repeating my same old issues she always finds a new way to explain things to me. She not only listens but remembers every detail that I mention. The road is still long to go but having someone like her to guide you on this path makes the journey easier. Very simple humble down to earth approachable flexible person to reach out and be comfortable with. Thanks a lot Prashakha.

I had an awesome experience in there. Prashakha ma'am is really an awesome person to talk to. She would just sit and listen to my problems very carefully, and explain to me how to actually handle my situation or maybe suggest me to take up certain habits.

She is very friendly, she won't judge (which I guess none of them does), I just blatter out my words and she keeps on listening to me very patiently.

It feels so nice when there is someone to talk to, one who will listen to me so carefully.

In times of trouble it has certainly become my go to place now.

I met Prashakha at a highly stressful time in my life, after certain events that had eroded my self confidence and motivation to keep working and doing the routine things in my life. She helped me view things differently and analyse why I react to certain situations and what I can do to minimise the effects of such anxiety inducing situations. Her guidance and counselling had helped me gain confidence and a better self image. Prashakha is very approachable and creates a friendly and safe environment to open up and be your most vulnerable self. I highly recommend Prashakha as a therapist, and I can't thank her enough.

She is an excellent counsellor. She made me feel comfortable and it was easy to open up to her. She understood me very well and gave me proper guidance. She changed my perspective and way of thinking and helped me understand everything. She is very caring and she supported me very well and it was good for me. When ever a session ends, I look forward excitingly to the next session when it will come. I am very glad to have her as my therapist. I really felt her techniques helpful in dealing with my problems. I would highly recommend people to meet her for counselling in case they are facing difficulties in life. Subjects such as self-worth, self-love, trauma are very personal and if not catered to in the right direction could perhaps worsen things. I was, however, lucky to have gone to Dr Prasakha who isn't just warm and easy to talk to but really helps you to understand the root of your problems. I felt so much better in just a few sessions and would not think twice to take another session whenever I feel the need arises.

Seeing Ms. Prashakha was a really enriching experience, she helped me with a lot of the mental health issues i was facing. Not only did she help me during the course of my treatment with her, but she also provided me with tools and techniques to deal with my problems in the future. The overall experience has brought about a big positive change in my life and i am very thankful to her for it.
