Ms. Moumita Ganguly

As an 18 y/o who'd just graduated high-school in a covid-stricken year, I was overwhelmed with anxiety thinking about my career ahead and stressed over the looming uncertainty the year brought on. Focussing on the simplest of tasks had become a problem, to sleep disorders and lack of interest in daily tasks. Consequently, I sought out a therapist who could guide me and make me visualize the bigger picture. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Ms. Moumita Ganguly's profile. Since the very first day, she has listened to all my issues patiently, reminded me of the life principles I had forgotten, that has calmed me down over the days and helped me gain my confidence. As a teenager, I was extremely overwhelmed by the societal pressure, even considering social media intimidation, and I was unable to open up to anybody. With Ms.Moumita Ganguly, I found a mentor who totally understands my perspective, and guides me along the right path. Stricken with irregular sleep over the last year, she urged me with a proper sleep routine and regular physical exercise which has helped me in maintaining a better mental health over the past month. As a person who strictly believes in maintaining a routine to lead my day, Moumita ma'am helped me to device a comfortable routine to go about my day that is devoid of any sort of stress, dissatisfaction or boredom. After consulting Moumita Ma'am, I also gained clarity in choosing a career path that I would truly love and to make life decisions fearlessly and without any regrets.

I took my first session in Feb 2022 when my entire world had fallen apart owing to psychological issues, unresolved family conflicts, childhood traumas, loneliness, stress, sexual orientation and sex problems. Moumita madam patiently has listened to all my problems over a couple of sessions and finally guided me with the right solution. She has helped me to find the root cause of my problems by giving simple examples from our day-to-day lives. I'm able to address most of the issues, and in the process of addressing the rest of them. Even today after more than a year, whenever I feel that I'm facing something that I'm unable to resolve by myself, I contact her and she always guides me with the right advice and solution.

Personally , I feel that, a counsellor must be a gd listener & She gave a quite amount of time & attention to listen to all my problems & sometyms my messy explanations too. Honestly, am saying that, she is one of the God gift to me at the tym of my terrible mental breakdwn. She was very friendly (just like an elder sister) when dealing with me & my prblms frm the very 1st session. She was really a great relief to me. I could discuss my any kind of prblms with her without any hesitation, she comforted me again & again. I feel somewhat better noe. She has s strong charming personality, positive attitude & friendly nature which boost me up & give a lot of confidence to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH MA'AM.❤

The overall experience was great, I'd certainly recommend her for everyone and specifically for young patients. It was quite a nice time. I'm looking forward to completing my tasks and following the procedures which were very detailed and precise.
