Mr. Sumedh Chatterjee

I'm feeling in a good state and also recovering little bit while I'm writing this. The story of problem is quite unusual where I faced cognitive distortions, compulsive behavior and depression all which are edged with the darkside of flow state and I'm suffering since 2020 just after my experience of actual flow state(which occurred out of coping from a heartbreak incident I faced before that) ended and I fell into temporary obscurity and trying to get back into it through unhealthy ways trangressed my problem to another level where functioning properly was just a dream and I remained like a defective losse coordinated robot and my sense if self was quite diluted. Some really traumatic incident caused me to search firmly for help this time and thus I decided to visit him. With him the experience till mow have been good I feel focused and clear in that space and his oractices helped me to recover with small steps each time and getting to know about my subconscious delusions and beliefs which probed me until and this is a big step learn the lessons become aware amd discuss new remedies with him. I can see recovery and setting my baseline to normal once again.

Dr. Sumedh or as I call him Coach is an extremely compassionate , dedicated and systematic therapist. He is my go-to person for the challenges i face in life everyday, helping with fears and phobias , relationship issues, and specially with confidence building techniques.

Im very grateful to have him as a coach I can just go to to discuss anything and everything going in my mind. What i really appreciate about him the most is that he works in a very systematic way, has notesheet to jot down every point which he revisits after the appointment by a followup email. Together we have been working on my issues and challenges for a while now and I can confidently say that there has been commendable progress. I have started to being the person I more wished to be , fearless and positive. Please do not think twice before booking an appointment with this doctor as he is really very comfortable to talk to and also does remember us after the appointment is finished, like a true partner to solve and combat issues together. I will strongly recommend seeing him if you are looking forward to solving things of the mind matters. I have starting being absolutely comfortable with counselling after meeting him and i believe his healing techniques, affirmations and words will make a difference to a lot of peoples lives. Thumbs up to the layout of the chamber and comfortable seating, and ambience inside. Makes it feel like a safe zone.

When I approached Dr. Sumedh for my first ever therapy session, I was a nervous wreck, and my depression and anxiety were at their peak. Despite always striving to be as self-aware as possible, I couldn’t get to the bottom of my problems and had no way to tackle them, my personal life was getting affected to the point where getting help was the only way for me to be functioning properly.

From the very 1st session, I knew I made a right choice by reaching out to him, he explained the kind of therapy I need i.e., CBT – to target my growing concerns related to my thinking pattern and behavior.

He is extremely helpful for people like me, who would like to have detailed discussions on the issues they identify within themselves and need tools and guidance on how to manage them, and the very best part of those sessions, aside from the satisfying and calm feeling afterwards, is the email we receive (without fail!) post every session- they are so great to recall all the pointers that were discussed, his analysis of them, and the supporting tools and exercises assigned as per your needs.

I have had 3 sessions with him so far, each one more helpful than the last, and I can already notice a change in my temperament, I remember feeling so relieved while telling him that I am getting less triggered by people these days (thanks to those tools). In every weekly session, we discuss my mood, and overall mindset in the past week, and he is always focused on helping me overcome any difficulties that I had faced, while carefully asking questions to understand the exact problem, and guiding me in the right direction.

I wish to continue our work together to overcome my challenges and get more assured and at ease with each session.

I highly recommend him to be your first choice if you ever decide to seek therapy!

I was hesitant about going for therapy but after my sessions with Dr. Sumedh I'm more open and comfortable with it. Dr. Sumedh is extremely compassionate and friendly. We have been working on my issues in detail and every problem is addressed by him deeply by a follow up email after the appointment where he recommends certain tools that have worked excellently in my case. Sumedh is a wonderful mentor in leading your problems to solutions. He is extremely friendly and makes you feel ease with yourself and the surrounding. He doesn't brand any problem as a problem( the best part about him)and guides you through simple and easy tools and measures to feel joyous and better again. My sessions with him has left me feeling happy and positive always. He is honest and dedicated in solving your issues. If you are one of the millennials suffering with mental health issues and anxiety issues , my suggestion would be Mr.Sumedh chatterjee. He makes you feel good about yourself again which we are searching everywhere instead of looking at ourselves.

He created a very homely atmosphere where it was very comfortable to share deep rooted problems about myself which I kept compressed inside for a long time, giving birth to more difficulties. It was truly the best one one one interaction I have had about myself in a long long time and his simplistic approach towards explaining things made it all the more appreciable. It was my first session with him, I have already decided I'm going to meet him a few more times because good things take time to happen and I feel with his help I will be very much prepared for all that I want to achieve.

Before the session,I was not in my zone so to say. Mr. Sumedh Sir after the session, helped in getting me feel grounded and confident. His approach is fantastic and appreciable.He has a welcoming demeanour which makes one at ease within a few minutes into the counselling session.He has a healthy and broad vision through which he treats.Personally,I felt rejuvenated after the session.I remember I left the place with a beaming smile on my face. Mr.Sumedh's hassle free techniques is helping me in coping up with whatever problems I am suffering from.His ways and means are very simple and can be practised anywhere anytime.

Personally, I had somewhat an idea that it would be kind of Q&A session ie monotonous type of interaction.But I was taken by a surprise as a matter of fact.As I said earlier he connects with the youth, as he himself is one, and understands and empathizes with us.

Mr Sumedh Chatterjee is a positive psychologist and flow coach.he is very compassionate and supportive towards his clients.he is not so conventional which makes his techniques more unique.i have done couple of sessions with him which is life changing.personally i was little reluctant on my first session bt his support and words made the situation very comfortable.he is very young and understand the millennial problems easily which makes him the best in his field because a young mind has better understanding of how the youth functions and what plagues it, and that's exactly what Mr. Chatterjee caters to.
