Since I came across Ms Kisha Das I am stunned at the precision of therapy because I have never come across a therapist with such a keen observational skills who gets to the heart of the matter so effortlessly. She is friendly, jolly and will lighten up the sessions with her welcoming attitude.I found the sessions enlightening as for my mental health issues as she helps uncover the core areas that require change and makes grounded plans on how to approach treatment while staying realistic to the client's state of being. I found my sessions with her helpful and beneficial for my mental health.

I consulted the doctor for my OCD, and I’m really grateful that I found someone so friendly and understanding. I feel completely comfortable explaining my thoughts and compulsions to her without any fear of being judged. She listens patiently and makes me feel safe while talking about things that are difficult to share.
