It was easy to navigate through the realms of therapy which I was completely new to with Jancy. She did provide a structured approach of asking appropriate questions and give necessary information and patiently listening to all my stories.

It was a really comfortable experience. Jancy was a very patient listener and was fully able to understand the points I was trying to convey. She also asked relevant questions which brought out some more relevant points.

Jancy is very empathetic and is a keen listener. I felt safe while sharing even the most intimate and difficult of experiences with her. She does not judge me and instead appreciates me for my courage to communicate my deepest emotions. I feel valued. She first listens to my outpourings very calmly and patiently. While listening for nearly 30-40 minutes, she analyses the information I provide and tries to understand my situation and my feelings. Afterwards she helps me understand the situation and gives me suggestions on how to deal with them. Somehow she has the unique capacity to kindle a spark inside me, which helps me see the situation differently or to gracefully accept the situations I cannot change. I feel empowered after my sessions with her and this has improved my personal and professional relationships. Some of the wounds that I have carried in me since childhood are healing. I am thankful to Jancy for teaching me to open myself up to give unconditional love, to forgive without grudges, to appreciate myself and to prioritize self-care. I am a much calmer, happier and stronger person because of my sessions with Jancy. I know I cannot thank her enough for it, but still, \"A heartfelt thank you, Jancy!\

This was not my first time with Jancy, we had a talk and after that I tried 2 more offline counsellors also but was not able to find any person like her.

She understands, she listens and give such practical examples which is easy to understand.

I would recommend to everyone looking for a therapist or a counsellor.

The analysis and the comfortability that jancy has made through out the sessions is apt and she has always made it easy to express myself and be me. I felt very happy and at easy after every session, the sense of satisfaction and the fact that I learn something new and true about myself after every session is really something, she’s very experienced and wise. It was always a non judgmental vibe with her.

This was my first session and I'm convinced that my issues willl be resolved in due course of time. However a waiting period of about 12 days in between initial sessions is troubling as I do not have a proper course of action to follow and the diagnosis feels incomplete (because of time constraint of 1 hour). One suggestion would be to provide atleast the first 3 sessions without such a long gap between the of almost 2 weeks in between as I feel it would undo the efforts both the doctor and I have put in to address the concerns.

Jancy is a good listener and very friendly which makes you feel like explaining all the issues that we are facing.

She's very patient. Listens the issue carefully and then gives her input. Every session with her is so good

Jancy is very professional and insightful. I feel that she was able to get to the core of my feelings very quickly and helped me learn techniques to overcome my problems. She is very supportive and understanding, but also a consummate practitioner who seems to have good knowledge of Cognitive Analytical Therapy.

I don't have any stories as such. She feels comfortable to open up to and be myself with and that's it.
