Consulting Dr. Era was a turning point for my Anxiety symptoms with which I was struggling for several weeks. Dr. Era has an extremely warm and humane demeanour which immediately made me comfortable with her. She explained what Anxiety was and made a plan of recovery. She gave me safe medication which was tapered down over months with an effective plan, combined with stress management techniques.

I would highly recommend Dr. Era for anyone struggling with stress, anxiety or any other mental illness. Meeting her gave me hope and confidence to face and manage my symptoms effectively. She is completely there for you and is extremely supportive making you deeply understand what you are going through and how you can come out of it. She is both an expert and an empathetic doctor a combination which was key for me, and most of all a lovely person :-)

Mrs.Era Dutta is one of the most well known psychiatrists in Kolkata & today I consulted with her for my OCD problem. She was very attentive to my psychological issues & asked me questions another reputed psychiatrist didn't bother to ask. She also explained me my issues clearly. She also listened to me very patiently & allowed 10minutes more to complete half an hour session as I was 5 minutes late due to network problem in online consultation. I look forward to consult with Madam again one month later.
