Weight gain immediately after loosing

Sir/mam every time I lose my weight, I gain it very fastly after it. In 2013-14 I had lost my weight from 81 kg to 60 kg by dieting and daily walking. But when I leave dieting and continued 4 days a week walk I gained weight again to 81 kg.so please tell me some secrets so that I can maintain my reduced weight? And how to stay slim forever.

I've had a big belly for years.

When I was in 3rd grade my stomach grew out of no where I was a very skinny child , I am now 19yrs old and still huge I've tried about everything but nothing what I'm concerned is that I can keep it sucked in all day without any problems , any idea of to why that could have happened? if you could please let me know so many yrs like this already is stressing me out.

Burping just after hiccups

I've been having this problem of burping since a year. Im skinny and weigh 46kgs. i have gastro intestinal issues. so there are burps if i dont eat on time, if i loose weight, if i gain weight. sometimes its just burps. sometimes its hiccups and just after hiccups, i burp. its an immediate thing. hiccups and then burp. please help.

Heavy weight

Dear doctor, My mother-in-law has orthopaedic problem she had joint pain. Now a days, as she has gain tremendous weight (~90Kg) due to that she is not able to walk. We have visited many doctors in our village (Jharkhand) but they suggested to reduce the weight. As Currently, I am in pune, I thought I can find good doctor here who can help my mother-in-laws to stand and walk again. Please suggest treatment and doctor. I have seen many reviews about Ms. Mrunal Deshpandey.

Hello , I do eat a of weight gaining food like banana's, butter, rice, cheese, milk from 2-3 months but my weight is not increasing, also another problem is that i get loose motion 2-3 times in a month and there is always pain in my back and legs.
I don't know which doctor to consult so that i get to know root cause for all these things.

one more important fact S .banerjee each counselling session for each patient is arount 1and 1/2 hrs.

i am satisfied with S.banerjee's advice for diet chart.My aim is to be a healthy person . i dont get time to go gym.i do workout at home.but i have lots of confusion regarding what should i eat.
i had a belief that good dietician only can available at reputated hospitals.
At very initial stage i had doubt about satisfaction.whether a local dietician is enough to guide me. but i was wrong .
Mr. S.banerjee is good to guide you to get a good diet plan.

I came to Dietitian Swapan Banerjee in the middle of Oct,15. for my 1 yr.8 months of daughter was suffering from "No feeling of hungry" ,Indigestion, Underweight. Recently I have 2nd visit to him. Over I came to Dietitian Swapan Banerjee in the middle of Oct,15. for my 1 yr.8 months of daughter was suffering from "No feeling of hungry" ,Indigestion, Underweight. Hi sir/Mam - I came to Dr Swapan for my body to develop abs & lean muscles.
