I have been reading about intermittent fasting as a lifestyle where I will fast for 16 hours and I will have an 8 hour eating window,ie., from 12pm to 8pm. Please note I will be eating all of my caloric requirement and not skipping any meals. Therefore,u want to ask you if it is advisable to adopt this way of eating permanently instead of having the traditional 3 meals a day

Mr S.banerjee is really good ,knowledgeable,dedicated to his work,committed to serve better ,have patience to hear client's actual need and treat accordingly.

one more important fact S .banerjee each counselling session for each patient is arount 1and 1/2 hrs.

i am satisfied with S.banerjee's advice for diet chart.My aim is to be a healthy person . i dont get time to go gym.i do workout at home.but i have lots of confusion regarding what should i eat.
i had a belief that good dietician only can available at reputated hospitals.
At very initial stage i had doubt about satisfaction.whether a local dietician is enough to guide me. but i was wrong .
Mr. S.banerjee is good to guide you to get a good diet plan.

I came to Dietitian Swapan Banerjee in the middle of Oct,15. for my 1 yr.8 months of daughter was suffering from "No feeling of hungry" ,Indigestion, Underweight. Recently I have 2nd visit to him. Hi sir/Mam - I came to Dr Swapan for my body to develop abs & lean muscles.
