Dr. Santosh Kumar (PhD)

Dr. Santosh Kumar is doctorate degree holder in occupational therapy profession in Eastern India and perhaps in India with the super specialization in developmental disability. He has an excellent academic background being all time topper in bachelor and master courses of occupational therapy from premier organizations of India i.e. National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities (Divyangjan) (NILD, Kolkata) and Jamia Hamdard ('A' grade ranked university) respectively. He has clinical and research experience of more than nine years in different government, NGOs and private sectors.For last two years, he has been continuing his post-doctorate research work. He is, presently, attached with Calcutta University (hiring service) as an occupational therapist in few advanced research projects of UGC. He has consultancy in many related organizations. Apart from research and clinical practice, he has been engaged in academic teaching for MSW, B.Ed., D.S.E. (SPL, EDU) and delivering lectures in different state and national level seminars, CREs and workshops. Three of his research papers have been selected for the publication in national and international journals.
