I am an IT employee and a gym enthusiast. I hurt my neck-shoulder area while working out 7 months back.

Due to desk job, I work for 10-12hrs daily, which caused severe pain in my lower & upper back due to Sacroiliac. Consulted several specialist doctors such as Orthopedic, Rheumatologist, Neurologist but most of them suggested to take Physiotherapy sessions. So, I found Dr. Aiman Afandi through Practo and it is one of the best thing ever happened to me with the help of internet.

I was under his treatment for eight months and have been cured from what is called pain. He treated me through ultra sound therapy and myotherapy. A treatment that was quite painful to start with but with time it started healing my problem. Though my problems were with severe pain and it was too difficult for me to even walk straight, it came under control. Now am able to run behind my 3 years old son. Dr.Aiman has not only been a doctor to me but has also helped me being a friend to overcome my pain guiding me through steps that I still try to follow. My arthritis too seems to be less dominative now. Thanks doctor for your kindness and help.

I was having treamendous pain in both my knees. Went to orthopaedic ,he suggested MRI ( nothing was found)n gave few medicines which gave some relief but not completely. A neighbour of mine reffered me to Dr Aiman of EXPERT PHYSIO who herself was undergoing her treatment with him.He assessed my condition thoroughly and daignosed it as Patellofemoral pain syndrome. He suggested to take few sessions which I did . In just 2 sessions I felt the pain coming down. It took around 3 weeks for me to completely recover and suggested few strengthening exercises which needs to done to prevent recurrence. It's been 6 months now I am completely pain free. In fact I have also joined dance classes and enjoying my pain-free life. Would highly recommend anyone who in any kind of pain . Another very important thing is he explains the process of treatment so it becomes easy for the patient to understand the treatment.
