I have been struggling with my weight since 2013. I was an overweight and then I lost 20 kgs without any medical attention. That was my mistake because I ended up being underweight. I had to go through numeroud health issues including my weak immune system and liver disfunctioning. I fell sick nearly thrice a month in this lockdown. Then my brother took Dr. Anubha Khandelwal's appointment. I still remember the date & timing- 08/10/20 at 3:30 p.m. Her friendly behaviour calmed my anxiety and her diet schedule and new supervised lifestyle changed my weight. It has not been a month and I have already put on 2 kgs and pure muscle only because of her guidance and patience. Now, I understand my body and its requirements. I, no longer, feel fatigue or worn out by doing mundane tasks. Clothes look better on me. She is not just a dietitian but a life saver. Thank god for her.
