Dr. UPAL SENGUPTA

Dr. Upal Sengupta joined Fortis Group on 24th July, 2013. He isa professional with specialisation in medical and interventional nephrology. He has gained valuable experience in Medical Seciences, Preventive Health Mangement and Administration in Nephrology. Dr. Upal Sengupta after completing his graduation in medicine, completed MD(Internal Medicine) and DM(Nephrology) from PGIMER, Chandigarh. This apart, he has also completed extensive training in Basic biostatistics including study design, data procurement and analysis and training in extraction, isolation, characterisation expansion of Mesenchymal stem cells and their potential use in nephrology. Prior to joining Fortis Group, Dr. Sengupta was associated with PGIMER, Chandigarh and as Associate Consultant-Nephrology with Medica Superspeciality Hospital, Kolkata.
