Hoped for better: Wait time
two patients who came much after me were allowed ahead of me. i didn't liked this. i complained to reception who also confirmed that my turn was first but 2 patients allowed ahead by one mr sujit . receptionist confirmed this in presence of sujit . i had to wait for 1 hour 20 min.because of this whereas when i fixed appt.over phone i was asked to come immediately.
for this reason of not following policy of first come first serve i would not like to visit again.
if there be any urgency any one can request and myself could allow the other patient ahead of me. everyone'time is important and just because i am new patient,this was not expected
