We were sent to consult with doctor almost a son as we reached there. From our experience, we know that whatever there doctor advises, if followed, patient shall be cured. However, doctor needs to provide more explanation of the medical problem detected, treatment plan and possibly the risk benefit trade off of the treatment plan followed. Last but not the least, doctor is always reachable over phone and available to help going beyond his own comfort zone which is never seen today. Hence, consulting him will do good but patient has to keep faith and follow his advice. ** **** ****** *** ********* ****** *** ** *** **********

I had an interesting experience with Dr. घोष. He checked my eyes and got to know that my eye power has increased in comparison to my previous eye power. Therefore, he gave my some medicines and recommended me to change my spectacles for better viewing.

I went for a routine eye checkup. I am really satisfied with the checkup. Dr. Somnath Ghosh is very polite and after the checkup he literally explained me the problem I am facing and how to deal with it and what steps I should take in future to take care of my eyes. He prescribed me some medicines and explained me the reason for those medications. Overall I am very happy with my experience and i would definitely recommend others.

Location wise 1/5. We went from new town and were unable to locate the place first time. cleanliness/hygiene 2/5. staff behaviour 2/5. One girl with short hair was knowledgeable and friendly, rest two were very unhelpful and rude. I was asking my father to sit carefully as the seat was unstable and the other two girls were getting irritated and replied rudely that is a revolving stool. it's not like we haven't seen a revolving seating arrangement before. experience with doc 2/5. doc ****** ************* *** wasn't kind. Though he was our trusted doctor but this time big disappointment we received from him. Though his clinic was ready with present situation *** ** ****** *** ****** ********* **** *** **** Me along with my wife went their for regular eye check up and he prescribe us some power but after getting new glasses we found it is not comfortable at all. ** *** *** **** ** *** ***** ***** ** ******* ********* ** *** ******* This is totally disappointing as my father successfully operated by him also Me and my wife previously got treatment from him and was very much satisfied but this thime.... We need to go for check up again before changing our new glasses. Totally wastage of money and time

The doctor is obviously very good but the helper (girl with short hair) wasn't cooperative at all. She made really bad faces when I asked her to explain a medicine for one more time. Such helpers should not be kept at Chambers who cannot treat patients properly.

The receptionist was friendly too

My experience with the doctor was quite satisfactory. After his routine check up, on my request he explained me what was the actual problem with my vision in my left eye. He prescribed me some medicines and advised me to contact him later in the next month to have my retina of my left eye checked once more and lasered if needed.

The eye check-up system is advanced. Doctor and staff behavior are good. Safety is also well maintained.
